Info:
New York - Police have arrested one man and are looking for another in connection with an alleged gay hate crime attack that left a Queens man in the hospital.

Investigators say Daniel Aleman, 26, was arrested Sunday and charged with assault and aggravated assault as a hate crime.

A second suspect, Daniel Rodriguez, 21, is still on the loose.

Police say the two shouted anti-gay slurs as they attacked Jack Price, 49, while he was walking home from a deli in College Point on Friday.

Relatives say despite his injuries, Price managed to walk and crawl home which is located more than 10 blocks away, so he could call 911.

"He has two collapsed lungs. All his ribs are broken. His jaw they had to reconstruct, you know put a metal plate in his jaw," said Price's sister-in-law, JoAnne.
